Insights can be drawn from scripture, especially from the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. CORE coaching therefore is a good fit for pastors, Christian business persons, and any person of faith searching for direction and motivation through a time of change.
Further, your coach, Ed Varnum, brings over thirty years of pastoral ministry to each conversation. He is a graduate of Coach U and a member of the International Coach Federation. Ed's background includes public school teacher, pastor, and entrepreneur, with insights from each life experience. Your coach will listen intently, clarify issues, give honest feedback, encourage you toward success, and always maintain confidentiality.
How does personal coaching function?
Coaching is one-on-one conversation that is usually be held over the phone. The client is responsible for the call. Coaching can be face-to-face if the session is held within thirty miles of Columbia, MO.
CORE coaching is commonly scheduled for two sixty minute conversations per month. Your coach is available for unlimited e-mail consultations and other visits between sessions as needed. A mutually convenient date and hour is scheduled for each conversation, with data and topics e-mailed in advance for more efficient and effective use of time.
How much does it cost?
First session: NO CHARGE. There is no obligation to continue after the first session.
Subsequent sessions: $100 per month for two sixty minute sessions. If either party withdraws from the agreement, unused fees will be refunded. There is a money back guarantee that you will appreciate and be helped through the coaching process.
